Pilates Mat: Beginners learn the fundamental breathing and stretching techniques of Pilates mat work, which concentrates on abdominal strength. As awareness develops, clients perform intermediate/advanced exercises.
Therapeutic & Hatha Yoga: yoga can help improve posture by increasing flexibility, toning muscles and releasing tension. Yoga is an excellent option for everyone, regardless of age.
Private Instruction: One instructor and one client in a personalized session that is ideal for individuals with special considerations.
Semi-Private & Trio Sessions: An instructor works with two or three clients who learn basic, intermediate and advanced movement combinations on the equipment and on the mat.
